A fine cheese knife from the French brand Sabre Paris.
The advantage of this cheese knife is that the two prongs at the end of the blade make it easy to cut and serve cheese for guests. Its unusual shape makes it an elegant and effective knife that cuts a wide range of cheeses cleanly.

The Bistrot range is dishwasher safe at a maximum of 45 °C. Remember to open the dishwasher when the programme has finished. When washing by hand, we recommend not using scouring pads.
If small marks appear on the blades, they can easily be removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
For cutlery with light-coloured handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that can stain (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).
