Sparkling Tea was developed by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba, during his time at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen. He realized the many possibilities within the world of tea when, despite a wine cellar with more than 1,700 wines, he could not find a suitable wine for a dessert. Instead, the solution came in the form of a homemade tea extract, which consisted of a mixture of different exclusive teas. The new drink became a great success and a favorite among the restaurant's guests. In 2017, business developer and food enthusiast Bo Sten Hansen joined, and today the bubbly tea is sold in 40 countries in over 80 Michelin-starred restaurants.
