Hydrating Cleansing Milk cleanses your skin and removes eye makeup as well as dirt and grime that accumulates on your skin throughout the day. The mild lotion effectively cleanses while moisturizing and nourishing your skin with a high content of nourishing oils. The product is fragrance-free to protect the eye area.
Hydrating Cleansing Milk's active ingredients work to give your skin the best possible conditions. Aloe vera and red coneflower soothe the skin, while oils from almond, acai and jojoba, among others, rebuild, strengthen and moisturize the skin. Hydrating Cleansing Milk can be used both with and without water.
