Three-Year Diary

This diary is an invitation to pause for a moment each day and listen within. With a new theme for each month—from connection and care to development and change—and a new question for each day, you gradually build a collection of reflections over three years.

You will be able to see how your answers change, gain more nuances, and sometimes even surprise you.

This diary does not invite long texts. Just a few sentences, what feels true in the moment. Over time, these small notes become a kind of map showing where you have been, how you have grown—and perhaps where you are heading.

The Three-Year Diary is a hardcover, cloth-bound notebook in a beautiful brown color. Its small and light appearance fits in a shoulder bag and can therefore be taken with you without taking up much space or weighing you down. The simple design contains alternating questions and lines to answer them.
