A large portion of vegetables, a blender and the press of a button. That is the simple idea behind Professorens grønne energigrød (the professor's green energy porridge), and it may turn out to be one of the best investments you can make in your health. This book explains why.
In Professorens grønne energigrød you gain insight into the science behind your remarkable microbiome. You learn why it is essential to give your gut bacteria the right nourishment, so that they can offer the best protection against disease and contribute to a healthy, energetic life. The book also gives practical guidance on getting started with the green energy porridge, along with help to keep it up even if you rarely have much time in the morning. And it includes 16 energising recipes for the green energy porridge that follow the changing seasons.
It takes only a little time each day, but it can become a life-changing habit.
