EASY PEACY is a cookbook with seasonally based sharing dishes with few ingredients that are easy to make and taste great. In addition to recipes for snacks, small and large dishes, salsa and sauce, bread and sweets, EASY PEACY contains suggestions on how to put together and prepare delicious menus.
The recipes are inspired by Italy, but also have Spanish and French influences. The approach to food, on the other hand, is distinctly Italian – simply prepared, seasonally based and above all so easy that everyone can join in. The book is dedicated to a good dinner, beautiful and tasty ingredients and the beauty of a meal. With its playful and immediate approach to food, Easy Peacy wants to show that it doesn't have to be that difficult.
Stine Kirkegaard, who has several years of experience in the restaurant industry, comes from a family of food lovers. She started Easy Peacy as a hobby project, selling homemade food from her apartment in Copenhagen during the Corona pandemic in 2021.
Since then, things have gone from strength to strength. The small kitchen has been replaced with an industrial kitchen, and after six months, Ida Ravn was given responsibility for the company's creative management, which ties art, pictures and video together with the food. The strong visual expression has, as much as the unpretentious approach to the food, helped make Easy Peacy what it is today.
