The taste of BLÅ begins with delicate aromas of jasmine, chamomile and a touch of citrus. This is followed by a round taste from the careful selection of white teas, accompanied by a good depth and complexity from the green teas.
The tea ends in a long finish along with pleasant tannins created by Darjeeling First Flush. The color is light green with yellow hues.

Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company blev udviklet af den prisvindende sommelier Jacob Kocemba, under
hans tid på en Michelin-restaurant i København. Han indså de mange
muligheder inden for te-verdenen, da han på trods af en vinkælder
med mere end 1.700 vine ikke kunne finde en passende vin til en
dessert. I stedet kom løsningen i et hjemmelavet teekstrakt, som
bestod af en blanding af forskellige eksklusive teer. Den nye drink
blev en stor succes og en favorit blandt restaurantens gæster. I
2017 kom forretningsudvikler og madentusiast Bo Sten Hansen til, og i
dag sælges den boblende te i 40 lande på over 80 Michelin-
restauranter.
