The cheese slicer lets you shave thin, elegant curls of parmesan and other hard cheeses, combining precision with everyday convenience.
The Lavandou collection must be washed by hand only; avoid using scouring pads.
If small rings appear on the blades, they can easily be removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
The handle is made from genuine olive wood, a very durable wood. To preserve the sheen of the wood, we recommend regular care with olive or linseed oil. We also recommend not leaving your cutlery to soak in water.
Also avoid prolonged contact with foods that can stain (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).
