The mohair wool comes from South Africa, where the yarn is also produced locally.
Their wool is traceable back to the farm, which means they know exactly which farms, farmers and goats their wool comes from.
The yarn is produced with great care for animal welfare and social responsibility. Their spinning mill follows ethical and environmentally friendly practices, creating a yarn free of harmful substances.
The yarn is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified.
It is recommended that mohair be used with caution for children under 1 year of age, as mohair is a furry yarn, and the mohair fibers can be a bit bothersome for the child to put in their mouth.
