The advantage of this cheese knife is that it can easily be used to cut cheese for your guests thanks to the two prongs at the end of the blade. Its unusual shape makes it an elegant and effective knife that cuts a wide variety of cheeses perfectly.

The Bistrot series is dishwasher safe at a maximum of 45°C. Remember to open the dishwasher when the program finishes. For hand washing, we recommend not using abrasive sponges.
If small stains appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
For cutlery with light handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that can cause stains (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).
