The centerpiece is handmade in Aarhus in the finest white porcelain clay.
It is intended as a serving bowl, for fruit or to display your favorite things.
The surface is inspired by the wavy sandy bottom when the water has receded and exposed the bare seabed, which is what is so special about this changing area.
It is handmade and there may be slight variations from centerpiece to centerpiece.
When you place your order, you can choose to pick up your order at our store in Jorcks Passage. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for pickup.
Aarhus-based Atelier Marée was created in 2023 by Anne and Kathrine with a wish to create products that are sustainable and relevant, even 10 years from now.
The Tidevand series, consisting of a cup and a plate, is inspired by the Wadden Sea, where they both grew up and find peace. The wavy surface reflects the texture of the sand that appears when the water has receded and exposes the seabed.
The beautiful series is handmade with care and with a focus on functionality, and is therefore also dishwasher safe.
