The taste of BLÅ begins with delicate aromas of jasmine, chamomile and a touch of citrus. This is followed by a round taste from the careful selection of white teas, accompanied by a good depth and complexity from the green teas.
The tea ends in a long finish along with pleasant tannins created by Darjeeling First Flush. The color is light green with yellow hues.

Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company was developed by the award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba during his time at a Michelin restaurant in Copenhagen. He realized the many possibilities within the world of tea when, despite a wine cellar with more than 1,700 wines, he could not find a suitable wine for a dessert. Instead, the solution came in a homemade tea extract consisting of a blend of different exclusive teas. The new drink became a great success and a favorite among the restaurant's guests. In 2017, business developer and food enthusiast Bo Sten Hansen joined, and today the sparkling tea is sold in 40 countries at more than 80 Michelin restaurants.
